3. Personalized and Custom Orders

All of the products are personalized according to the customer’s selected letters, birthstones, chain color, charm order, or other customization details.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct personalization details before placing an order. This includes initials, names, birthstones, spelling, chain color, and any special notes.

Once a personalized order has been confirmed and processed, changes may not always be possible. Sensia Jewels is not responsible for customer errors in personalization details after the order has been placed.

4. Order Process

When placing an order on our website or through any approved communication channel, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for order processing and delivery.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email or message. If there are any issues with your order, payment, personalization details, or delivery information, we may contact you for clarification.

Sensia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if the information provided is incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, or if the product is unavailable.

All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize Sensia and its payment providers to charge the payment method provided for the total amount of your order.

Sensia Jewels does not store your full card or payment details.

Personalized or custom-made items, including pieces with selected initials, names, birthstones, or specific custom details, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our side.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, misuse, or missing packaging may not be accepted for return or exchange.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If the issue is confirmed, Sensia Jewels may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, or another suitable solution depending on the case.

Although some products are described as tarnish-resistant or suitable for everyday wear, jewelry longevity depends on proper use and care.

Sensia Jewels is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, water damage, or normal wear and tear.
